About Me

My name is sammary chebet, a resident of Eldoret town, by birth and also currenly living here. I went to Tambach Primary school, before joining Moi Girls for secondary education. After completion of secondary school i opted to start business so that i could offload my single mother the burden of paying our school fee. My father was late. He succumbed to cancer and therefore my mother was both mum and dad. I had enrolled in the women mary go round, where we used to save some money and when its your turn you get your share, so i saved with them for a period of 6 months. i then collected the sum total of 300 Us dollars and used the money to start up a small business of supply home accessories. I have been operating the business from door to door and it has been sustaining my living quite well i am now planning to open up a shop in town for the same business

My Business

i offer home supplies, since i am a woman i am well converstant with the house items that most women need. I therefore sale utensils ranging from spoons, glasses, flast, plates and nearly all kitchen wares. these goods are useful because they make our living comfortable because without the utensils live would be a challenge particularly when it comes to eating. It is also on demand because i make door to door selling and hence winning more customers. i chose this business because it is well suiting my gender and also i know a place where i get the utensils at cheap prices and also unique ones. i use the profits that i get to support my mother pay my siblings schol fees as well as grow my business by adding more stocks i also enhance my living from the same business

Loan Proposal

Given the loan, will use the money to lease a shop in town for my home supplies business. This will cost me 30 Us dollars per month and with 5 us dollars i will be in a position to add the remaining amount and lease the shop. I will benefit from this because other than door to door selling, i will be having a central place where i can showcase my items. I expect an i increase in profit from 30 us dollars per day to almost 60 Us dollars. This will help me pay the loan and support my family well
