About Me

My name is Teresia Apondi Opiyo of ID Number, 31263321 and nationality Kenyan. I was born in Siaya District 20 years ago to a family of five. I am a Christian who fellowships at P.C.E.A church in Nakuru town. The church is located approximately 2 kilometers from my area of residence. I am single and live in a rental house for which I pay Ksh 3,000 every month. I am a business person dealing in purchase and sales of second hand clothes both for ladies and men. I am pleasant personality with good social skills and this has greatly helped me to market my products and increase my sales volumes as well as my profit margins.

My Business

I have a business which majorly deals with the purchasing and sales of second hand clothes for men and women, a business which I have operated for a period of 15 months now. I started this business immediately after my form four examinations as a way of meeting my financial obligations. In time, the business grew and the demand for my products greatly increased. This motivated me and gave me the desire to exploit the business more. Currently I have a shop where I display my products although I am still involved in the door to door sales which formed the foundation of my business. I seek for funds from zidisha to improve my business by buying more products for sale and reaching out to more markets and even to other counties in order to realize my dreams and achieve my business objectives.

Loan Proposal

Since I started receiving loans from Zidisha, my business has really expanded and I have received so many customers. I intend to use this loan advanced to me by zidisha to buy more stocks and provide more services within my business premises so that I may be able to achieve my business goals and objectives. I also wish to establish another outlet elsewhere to offer the same products and services provided by my business. Thanks alot to my lenders and thanks to the entire zidisha team
