I am Samuel Opoku-Frempong, a Ghanaian Pharmacist ,work at District hospital and a small scale entrepreneur. I am into small scale medicine production for my clients and the community. I also superintend a community pharmacy which provides primary health care to the community. I am 46 years old and a family man.

I am into a small scale medicine production for my clients and the community. I produce different types of medicines such as Mist Expect Sed, Mist Magnesium Trisilicate, Mist Potassium Citrate, Ointments etc .I support this business with the loan I have received from you and reinvested profits gotten so far.

Loan Proposal

Since I want to expand my pharmacy business in production of medicines I need chemicals( galenicals ) which will cost 800 dollars,bottles (2500) cost 300 dollars, mixer costs 350 dollars and water filter costs 150 dollars.The total being 1600 dollars.
Each bottle of medicine cost 0.9 dollar which yields 2250 dollars making a profit of 650 dollars at end of sales.
This pharmacy business is helping me a lot and also providing quality medicines to mankind.
