My Names are Isaiah Githaiga an accountant by profession. I hold a Bsc BA (USIU), MBA (UoN) and a CPA (K) Finalist. It has been a tough Journey which I have completed courtesy of my Family members and relatives who encouraged me never to give up despite the many financial challenges I faced.
Investing in education has helped me start an online business consultancy which runs via oDesk (Now Upwork) market place. I offer the following virtual services to various clients around the Globe:
* Income statement preparation from incomplete records.
* Bank reconciliations
* Accounts receivables and payable management.
* Payroll and payment processing
* Full bookkeeping services using Intuit Quick-books, Wave and Xero.
* Academic and Web research
* Data entry and analysis using Microsoft excel spreadsheets and SPSS
Currently I am serving ten clients who have extended a long term relationship. When I have too much workload I have an assistant who help me out in meeting clients’ deadlines.
The mission of the business is to grow and create employment for fresh university graduates and also teach them skills on how to successfully start an online business like mine. This will alleviate poverty and create a productive society. I have learnt to be successful online entrepreneur through the hard way and I believe with the experience I have gathered in the past few years, I can effectively teach the youth and impact on their life.

When I started my business in 2012, It was quite challenging and never thought I would succeed.On oDesk (Now Upwork) there is too much global competition from Contractors from all over the world.Cutting an niche requires dedication and commitment.I practice as a Virtual Accountant,currently serving clients from Canada,United States,Australia and Europe.
Offering quality services have enabled me to get repeat orders and thus I am usually busy throughout the year.

I would like to thank you Lenders and Zidsha community for the first loan that has transformed the way I do business online. The unlimited internet connection that I upgraded using your funds has enabled me to expand my client base. I have introduced three more clients to my business and I am targeting an increase of at least 10-15% in revenue from last month. I can now comfortably work online without worries that my internet connection can go off any time. I am really baffled by your generosity.
Since my business is growing I need a second loan of $100 to buy a Smart phone to effectively manage it on a real time basis. It will help me effectively run the business from anywhere. When I am travelling upcountry to see my parents, I find myself disconnected from my clients since I cannot reply to their urgent emails, but with a smart phone I will effectively keep in touch. I will also use the Smartphone to: continuously search for online investment opportunities; Invoice my clients using accounting Smartphone applications like Wave accounting and Quick Books online.
The Smartphone I am planning to buy will cost me$180, with the $100 loan I will top up the difference using this month savings.
