About Me

I am Frank Zablon i come fromm a family of 5 i am the 1st born in my family .I live in kisii town near kisii Bottlers,I am a teacher and also a business man in my free times.I took my education at sameta High School and latter perused my university education at Kisii University for bachelor of education Arts .I started my business of M pesa which helps me to support my self and also my family.I started this business with a capital of 50,000 and makes a profit of 8,000 per month.I love football and also hockey.

My Business

I have a self employed business of M pesa and small shop at Kisii town just within the kisii Bus stage,i started it with a capital of 50,000 and makes me a profit of 10000per Month.I started this business to help me bpay the house bills and also support me pay my school fees while i was in school.I request to be given a loan to increase my Float in my Mpesa and also add some stocks besides the Mpesa .Theres a great demand in my business because its just around the stage and its strategically positioned,Its profitable because no much risks are involved .

Loan Proposal

Currently I am operating an mpesa business and at the same time selling some soft drinks like mineral water and sodas in retail which I normally get from a nearby coca-cola company. Given the amount I have applied for I am intending to subdivide it so that I can add around ksh 13000 equivalent to around 130 us dollars to my mpesa float since this will increase the amount of money I am transacting with and in return increase my commission at the end of the month. The remaining amount shall equally be used to recapitalise my business by adding some stock of soft drinks whose demand is likely to go high as the rainy season is coming to an end soon. This is because for the last few years demand for soft drinks is all high during hot or sunny seasons. With the projected increase of returns I will be able to expand my small business and soon be completely self sustaining. If funded, with my hard working nature and sheer determination my monthly returns are likely to shoot to a figure not less than 15000 or $150. If all goes as planned and my business expands this gives room for employing an assistant thus creating some employment to my fellow jobless youth and at a long run reducing the increasing rate of social evils in our society.

With the loan I'm receiving from zidisha, I'm going to purchase soft drinks which I'll sell in wholesale to the hawkers who will later sell to the consumers around the kisii bus park.. in addition to my savings I'll order for slightly over forty cartons of afia drinks and around one hundred cartons of mineral water.. with this I'm sure of making good profit and I'll be better economically... and give back to society... I in advance want to thank my zidisha lender (s) for their sacrifice which is beyond words.. I'll forever remain grateful to you.. Thanks a lot.

I've been funded twice by zidisha.. and this has really made a great impact in my business life.. were it not for the soft loans from zidisha I could Blythe have developed this fast.. with my last loan which I've just finished servicing, I took part of it and injected in my mpesa float and I was able to do huge transaction of up to kes. 50000..this in return translated to a tremendous increase on my monthly commission from my safaricom.. I also used the money I received to increase my stock of soft drinks and the returns have been pleasing.. all this Thanks to zidisha. Also from the profits I was comfortably able to pay for my younger siblings secondary fees for two terms amounting to 48600 KES. I look forward to further engagements with zidisha.

I want to increase my installment from the current 500 to 1500 Kenyan shillings.. the reason behind this is that I'm able to raise such a figure since business right now is doing relatively great and increasing my installment is somehow economical.. recently I increased my stock on soft drinks and the returns are impressive .

Since business has gone back to normalcy, I feel its prudent for me to adjust my weekly installments since this equally translates to saving more by shortening the payback period.

Due to the heavy rains business has been low, That's why I prefer reducing the amount to 200ksh. Until business normalizes. Hopefully it's for a short-term. Thanks in advance

Hi zidisha team.. I have to thank the zidisha organization for the last years loan. It was really a stitch in time.. I was able to trade with the $150 that I received and the results were amazing.. your flexibility and on time disbursement of the loan saw me through a successful period..

After comfortably paying ksh.198 as weekly instalment for a year and business has stabilized, I feel it's time I equally increased the instalments since it will also be economical.
