About Me

I was born and raised in a town called Nakuru. I attend both primary and secondary school in Nakuru. Currently, Im married with 3 children(all school going) After secondary school 2005, I come to Naivasha town where I got a job as farm labor in a horticulture farm. The horticulture farm chemicals were affecting me a lot, where i decided to quite the in 2011.
I come to Nairobi in 2011, where I had different temporary jobs with different companies. The pay was to little and I had to think of what to do to get a good income for my family.
My eldest daughter is very bright in school, she loves children and want to become a pediatrician when she grow up. The second born-son, want to become auto technician, while the lastborn want to become a teacher when she grows up. I'm working hard to help them fulfil their ambition.
I like listening to music, and watching comedy.

My Business

In late 2013, I decided to open a small business in my neighborhood where I sell foodstuff. It is a very populated low income residential are, and thus there is a big demand for raw vegetables and dry groceries. At the moment I keep a stock of roughly round $200. I normally go to the wholesale market to restock the perishable goods, and the clients want those that are more fresh.
I use part of my profit to pay for my business rent, buy food for my family, part for the children's school needs, reinvest some in the business, and for saving. I t is a good business and with a good capital, I'm looking forward to expanding it, and opening another branch in future.

Loan Proposal

I intend to use the money borrowed, to buy a powerful solar lamp for my business. By this, Ill be able to be selling even at night, and my customers will still be able to see. The good light will also attract more customers to my stall.
I intend to use around $55 to do the lighting,
$33 to pay for Zidisha registration fee;
The remainder around 18 to invest in adding inventory in my stall.
With good lighting, I'll be able to make more sells and and be able to repay my loan, and the service fee.
