About Me

my name is pauline.
I was born in Nakuru county, i went to school till highschool where i completed my highschool.
After highschool i joined national service youth as a community cleaner.
We used to get paid $3 a day and I would save at least $1.50 a day.
From my savings I started a grocery store .
I am married with one child, a 4 year girl.
She wants to be a business woman when she grows up.
Hiking is my hobby.

My Business

I own a grocery store and I sell a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits from the farms.
I make a profit of $7 in a day.
I use my profits in saving for my childs education, buying food and also in my business expansion.

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan to buy maize and sorghum for my grocery shop.
A 50 kilogram of sorghum costs $15 and that of maize $12.
I will use the loan to boost my savings in the purchase of these cereals.
I expect a 35% increase in profit. I will use my profits in repayment of my zidisha loan, business expansion and savings.
People will benefit from this by being able to get sorghum and maize direct from my shop instead of going to the market place to get them.
