      are you OK? Just wondered, because normally your payments were in time. If you can't pay for the moment, adjust your installment rate. You can set it lower and for a longer period.

        Hi Dennis, fyi, around late October and early November there was a bug that made a lot of borrowers loan written as fully repaid when in fact it was not fully repaid yet, or their payment hasn't credited yet that's make the borrowers have 2 loan active at the same times. It's look like Rudy facing this too, have 2 loan active at the same times. Also on November there were changed payment method from BCA Virtual account to BNI virtual account that make Indonesian borrowers facing difficulties to pay their installment and make them have to pay transfer fee to others bank if the borrowers have no BNI bank account. You can read about the changing information for Indonesian borrowers in Forum at announcement section. I'll try to guide Rudy so he can solve his problem or how to report to Zidisha staff if there were his payment hasn't credited yet. I have more then 3 mentee who have the problem as him.
