I contacted kagunda again, he said his business is yet to pick up that's the reason he hasn't been able to make payment, he promised to start making payments soon

I reached to kagunda, he said his business is not doing well, i advised him to try and adjust his weekly schedule to an amount he can afford, also keep lenders updated on his situation
