After a repayment of the 11 cedis,your system still see this as unpaid.
I have provided all the necessary evidence to prove that I actually paid this amount yet your system still shows that I haven't paid.
I wonder what the techs at your end are actually doing to resolve this issue.

Godfred is willing to reduce his repayment amount to enable him make payments that are due. He disclosed this to me when I called to find out why he has not been able to make payments for amounts due. I expect him to reduce the amount to the level that will make it easier for him to repay.
