My name is Mildred Wafula of ID No 22616244 . I went to school at Misikhu Boarding Primary School and finally went to Lukhokho Girls because I did not do well in my Primary School. After my secondary school I enrolled in A computer secretarial course at Graffins College. I came to start my business after my father bought me 1 computer and 1 photocopying machine. Where I come from most of the people around do not understand computers because it is a bit too remote. I really like typing that is my unique hobby. I can type 150 words per minute.
We offer the following services: Typesetting, scanning, Printing, binding, Internet and taking passports. We also sell stationery like pens, exercise books, geometrical sets, counter books, envelops just to mention a few.
This type of goods are on demand because there are so many schools around our market.
I chose this type of business because I have knowledge on offering services related to computers.
I spent money on buying materials such as printing papers, binding papers and photo printing papers. I get this money through the sell of sugarcane and maize I planted on my farm.
The profit I usually use it to pay fees for my young brothers and sisters.
I would like to buy printing papers each carton is 1750/=. I will require 20 cartons=35000/=. Dictionaries each 1200/-. I will require 50 pieces of dictionaries which is= 60,000/=. School bibles each costing 700/= I will require 50 pieces= 35000. The remaining amount 29,000/= will be used to buy Fulscaps and A4 Exercise books. I will be able to help the people around to get what they require without travelling to a nearby town. This will enable me to increase some other computers.
