    Dear Eric Nditu,

Despite multiple communications, we have not received your loan repayment of 37,002 KES, which has been past due since Apr 25, 2021. Your Zidisha loan account has now been transferred to the Royal Mind Ventures collection agency. Representatives of Royal Mind Ventures will contact you regarding your loan, but repayments should continue to be made directly to Zidisha following the instructions below.

To avoid legal action and listing with the Credit Reference Bureau, please make the past due payment immediately following the instructions below. If you are unable to make the past due payment immediately, you may use the 'Adjust Installment Amount' page of your member account at the Zidisha website to reduce the past due repayment to an amount you can easily pay.

If you do not adjust the installment or we do not receive the past due amount by :listingDate, action will be taken including listing your name with the CRB, preventing further access to loans or credit from lending institutions.

Payments should be sent to M-PESA bill pay account 600201 Zidisha Inc. When asked for your account number, enter your phone number. IMPORTANT: To ensure that your payment is correctly credited, please send all loan payments from the same Safaricom number that you registered with Zidisha.

If you believe you received this message in error, please go to the Help page of your account and send a message under the subject Disbursement Not Received or Payment Not Credited.

    Thank you,

    The Zidisha Team
