About Me

i am the first born in a family of 5. My father passed away when i was still in school and since then it hasn't been easy. We were left with our mother who is jobless to see us through the school. I finished my secondary education and i am currently married with 3 children.I was raised in Nairobi and as a high school kid I had a learnt the hard way, doing odd jobs around our neighborhood.As I consider my current situation, I think back to those days and what sticks with me the most is the importance of recognizing an opportunity and pursuing it. People generally want to help but if you fail to ask, it is not going to come knocking at your door. i thank God for bringing this far.

My Business

I started my business 4 years ago after looking for a job with no luck. The business is slow in picking but it has been able to feed me and the family. My computer repair shop provides computer and technical consulting (repairs, training, networking and upgrade service) to local small businesses as well as home PC users. The company focuses on marketing, responsiveness, quality, and creating and retaining customer relation.The very nature of the computing industry, with its extraordinary rate of technological development, creates a constant need for businesses skilled in updating and advising customers on computer-related issues. In town, the majority of potential customers are dissatisfied with existing options, creating an attractive niche for an innovative start-up. Small business PC users will provide the majority of our business revenue. Business Week expects the computing industry to grow at a rate of 12% and the processor speeds to continue to expand for years to come, providing a rich resource for sales. And with that i hope to be one of the top service providers in this part of the world

Loan Proposal

I am seeking a short-term loan, and repaid within stipulated period. Our conservative sales forecasts, based on industry research within the local area, project sales , steadily increasing through the year. To reach these goals, we will use an aggressive advertising campaign to exploit our competitors' weaknesses. With good cost control, we will see a modest, yet comfortable, net profit , even after moving into a leased space.My goal is to set the standard for on-site computer solutions through fast, on-site service and response. My customers will always receive one-on-one personal attention at a very affordable price. My customers will receive the highest quality of customer service available.
