About Me

My name is Stellah Nshimba. I am into selling smoked fish, essentials products like soap, lotion, roll on, pads, pantyliners, tea, coffee, mouth freshners, sanitizers, masks, etc and I also else par boiled foodstuffs like beans, fish, offals, village chickens and I run a tea spot for teas, coffee, sandwiches, muffins, cakes, pies, samoosas etc, right from home. I look forward to one day own a big all in 1 shop. With the increase in COVID cases I want to increase supply of masks, sanitizer and mouth freshness for freshness.

My Business

My income source is from my daily sales of various items. I have young boys and girls I have employed in the field to help with selling the various stuff and I pay them on commission. I do door to door supplies. With the second wave of COVID I intend to focus more on door to door deliveries.

Loan Proposal

I will increase my stock, and purchase more packaging, and stickers for the containers especially for the parboiled foods which has become more popular especially after the branding that I did and the supplying of the foods in some of the leading stores.

Income Source

Through the daily sales that we do and reach out to as many people as possible. Taking advantage of a working mother when it comes to parboiled foods, who does not need to worry about how long she needs to stand before a cooker to present a good meal and on time. The foods are precooked hence making it easier for any one to prepare foods in the shortest possible time, considering our choice of food which takes 3-5 hours to prepare which is so time consuming for a busy person and a working mother who needs enough rest for the next day. We have made it simple, easier and faster for most. Food is needed everyday and it is consumed everyday so one can never go wrong with food business.

Due to low sales and so expected weekly amounts are less than the expected amount.

With the current difficulties in restriction in interactions due to COVID it has not been easy for the sales. I have experienced alot of challenges with sales. They have been very low.
