About Me

I am a diploma holder in Early Childhood education. Am from a humble background where the status of the family gets to explain by its appearance. I have done the Education system of 8-4-2. I have learnt on the virtues of patience, persistence as well as handwork where it got a time that I went without school fees but I managed to go through despite the passing away of my mother while still at school. I had to compose my self and go by the social economic activities within my community. The primary economic activity of the society is the subsistence farming. I begun with the small and simple planting of cabbages and the famous sukuma week that provided me with the way back to school until I completed my diploma course late the year 2014. Am not yet married but am flag bearer in making sure that my younger sisters and brother get educated with the support from my elder sister.

My Business

I get involved in small farming that is limited to the resources I have. I undertake the planting of legumes and vegetables. the major variate of vegetables involved include the famous sukuma week, cabbage, tomatoes and the other traditional vegetables. the legumes involved include the beans, peas, and ground nuts. The vegetables are on the demand with the supply to school where in return I pay the school fees for my sister. subsequently I get to sell the produce from which I get to sustain myself. The project has got my uplift in the lifestyle status and I yearn to grow bigger to increase in the service and produce delivery. I choose the business because of the easy access to the piece of land owned and the availability of the water for the irrigation purposes during the drought seasons. In annual expenditure I spend approximately $ 220 with the yield of up to approximate $ 650. the profit goes to the project reinvestment, paying of school fees, personal life style improvement and home upgrades.
