About Me

I am a single mother and blessed with two children who are my only hope in life and I do a lot to ensure they access quality education for better future.
I have successful completed diploma in food and beverage. This has assisted me to work in various hotels within Nairobi and through my salary I have been saving whereby I have started a medium size business which involves retailing pampers, beauty accessories and other household items.
During my free time, I usually accompany my children for swimming lessons and also listening to cool music.

My Business

I am employed by a good hotel in Nairobi but over the weekend I spend time at my business. The business is run and managed by a sales lady who has adequate sales and marketing skills. My business is based in Githurai and it involves retailing pampers, beauty accessories and household items to local shops and individuals. Profit from the business is used for savings and part of it for expanding the business while my salary is dedicated towards offsetting household bills and also putting aside for my children for better future.

Loan Proposal

My business is based in Githurai and it involves buying goods in wholesale and then retailing to local people. The goods that I sale involves beauty products like human hair & bracelets , household products such as drinking glasses, cups, plates, spoons, household mats, blankets and also children clothes. My business has been existence for more than two years and I have customers who usually come and purchase. I intend to increase my stock so that I can be buying goods in large stock and benefit from trade discount and also reduce transport cost associated as well as reach out to more customers. I have some savings and with Zidisha loan I will buy the following items Human hair at Kshs 5800, cups at kshs 2500, households at kshs 2600, children clothes at kshs 4900 and plates at Kshs 2800. hi lenders,
I called Anastasia to find out why she is not paying her loan. She explained and said she was going through personal challenges and she promised to pay in something the soonest to clear her arrears up. I also noticed that she was not aware of her outstanding balance though she was cooperative. Will still make up a follow up to make sure she is out of arrears. Rescheduling will be my next option.
    Thanks
    Rosemary Manga Vm Kenya.

Am sorry for the inconvenience of not paying the loan on time and this is because my child fell ill and he was admitted thus I had to use all my savings for the medication which was very expensive because I don't have insurance for my family. He is okay and discharged and am back to my normal duty and also my business is doing well but to ensure financial recovery I will be in position to repay less amount than I had suggested during the loan application.

I have learnt the hard way as a single mother because sometimes my children had to miss school due to lack of school fees but now with my job and business I am optimistic that all will go well. My business is on the positive progress because our community is expanding which translates to high population and high customer demand. I wish to kindly request lenders to consider giving towards my loan so that my business can expand and more profit to ensure my children access education. Thanks
