About Me

I'm a 28 yrs old mature gentleman with a very healthy attitude towards business,I'm a graduate of Jomo kenyatta University with a bachelors degree in information Technology,I,m married to a beautiful loving wife and we are blessed with a baby boy.Since childhood I have always known that given a chance I would do well in business and it was just a matter of time after my graduation that my dream of starting up a business hatched.
I graduated in year 2009 and with my little savings that I had gotten from doing some odd jobs opened a computer Garage dealing with computer and phone repair in 2012 after unsuccessful attempts to secure a white collar job .In Dec 2013 I extended my business to offer money transfer service populary known as Mpesa and Sale of phones and accessories.I plan to start a cyber soon when things sober up.

My Business

I run a combination of businesses in one outlet offering various goods and services for sale, I specialize in Computer and Phones repair while still offering Mobile phones for sale, Their accessories and also computer accessories for sale on small scale that I introduced lately but has been doing excellently, I also run a money transfer Service commonly known as Mpesa here in Kenya.
My business is located on a busy center next to Chuka University and with a lot of students over 3000 who have either a combination of a phone and a laptop or a phone and a desktop you can only imagine the traffic that comes to my garage. The fact that most of them are fast timers with computers they are bound to be challenged by either their hardware or software of their computers and more often than not they find their way to my garage for either a software upgrade or a hardware change
With the changes in technology I also get many students coming to consult me over various ICT related issues and I always charge them a little fee ,I also do mobile phone repair and with everyone in the area with a mobile phone. The business is doing well.

My Incomes Includes;
Around 330 Us Dollars from computers and phone repair
An average of 115 Us Dollars from money transfer Service.
Around 70 Us Dollars from sale of Phones and computer accessories

My Expenses Include
House Rent of 90 Us Dollars
My assistant salaries 70 Us Dollars
Electricity 30 Us Dollars
Miscellaneous 30 Us Dollars

Loan Proposal

With my first loan I introduced some Mobile phones accessories and Computer accessories to my outlet due to public demand and this has greatly improved my income , with this I'm able to offer quick service to my clients who needs quick replacement of accessories rather than waiting for me to get the spares from Embu

This line of business seems to have a big potential to grow and offer me an enormous reap in profits .with my second loan I wish to fully exploit this undiscovered area of business and add some stock of Mobile phones & more Computer accessories. I specifically wish to add some stock of smart phones of which has become so popular and in high demand to the youth.This will also offer an option to my clients of purchasing a new phone to those of whom their phones are beyond economic repair, I also wish to add more stock of computer accessories included but not limited to Keyboards, Power supply units, Connecting cables ,Mouse's, Dvd writers and more. I also wish to stock Mobile phone Batteries, Chargers, Data cables, housing among others.

I also wish to stock some few Photocopying/Printing papers of which customers has been asking for and according to my research there seems to be a market for them
