About Me

Good morning, Zidisha community and by large extent fellow entrepreneurs.

My name is Dickens Ngebe Mvoyi, a middle aged Kenyan by both birth and registration and a resident in the coastal county of Kilifi.

I'm a holder of Bachelor of Science in Community Development of Egerton University in Kenya and currently an employee in the ministry of interior and National Government in Kenya.

My Business

I have been an enthusiast of business since in high school.
I currently run a hardware - Ishaan Hardware - in Kilifi. I stock building materials ranging from cement, steel, iron sheets, plumbing materials and stock local Timber for making door frames, Windows and shatters.
I have (LIDA) a multi-purpose wood working machine and a drill press which help me in the timber section.

Project Proposal

I'm Dickens Mvoyi, a Kenyan by both birth and registration. I'm a business enthusiast and currently operating a mini-hardware in the outskirts of kilifi town. I'm intending to stock my shop with indigenous timber for use in the making of door frames, windows, shatters among other furniture's.
This noble project is also meant to create opportunities to the youth in my timber sales workshop especially those who are fresh from college and intend to absorb those on industrial attachment from a nearby vocational institution. The profit margins for the sale of timber ranges from Ksh. 10 to Ksh. 20 per foot. The bigger the stock the higher profit margins. Your generous contribution towards my project will be of great help. Thanking you in advance.

Dear Zidisha family, and to a large extent my project backers...I'm greatly honoured this afternoon for your kind contribution towards my project. It is a very big step towards realizing my project objectives and goals.
These funds will help in purchasing timber for my workshop solely for the making of furniture for sale and help admit some students to my workshop from the nearby vocational training institute.
It is a very big win for all of us and i greatly appreciate you.
