About Me
My name is Cosmas Kipkorir Langat from Roret village in Nakuru county. I am 31 years old Married to Caren and blessed with two kids; Billy and Brenda aged five and 2 respectively.
I was born in Kericho county in a village called Kapsoit and later moved to Nakuru when I married. Due to financial challenges, I could not school beyond form four.
I am a full time farmer growing bananas and other fruits for sale and consumption.
My hobbies are travelling and watching sports.

I am a full time farmer having missed on an opportunity to further my studies but I am currently trying to make good use of my time and the few resources i have.
I plant mainy bananas and some other fruits and vegetables.
I chose bananas since they do well in our area and yet the competition is low.
I ussually plant during the months of February- April to take full advantage of the long rains during this period.
Loan Proposal
I recently uprooted a section of old banana trees that were no longer productive and now planning to plant new and additional 80 suckers of new and improved variety of bananas currently supplied by the Ministry of agriculture at a cost of about $1.2 per sucker.
I will therefore use the $100 loan to buy these suckers for planting early february as soon the the long rains set in.
