About Me

I am a fourth born in a family of five children, born in1989 November, the first three being girls and our last born being a boy. I started my education in 1995 in a village nursery school western Kenya, currently known as Busia County. I successfully joined Nangina mixed primary school standard one in 1996 where I did very well because I maintained top three position up to standard four before I was transferred to another primary school due to high school fees that my father won’t afford.
I finished up my primary level of education in the year 2003 where I attained 372marks out 500marks. I joined St Joseph’s boys high school Kitale in 2004 where I did my K.C.S.E in 2007. Life as usual I have faced a lot of hardship since my commencement of education process but the worst part is that my Dad past on in a mysterious death just 4 day before I sat for my final exams in secondary school where I buried him on Monday and on Tuesday we began exams but yet still I qualified to join a public university and emerged with grade B. all along I was left alone since there was nobody else from family to support my education, I started working on contract to carter for my post secondary education and now I am person with different academic qualification and now I can work for any organization with related profession.
In the year 2012 when I was working with Biocrow East Africa Ltd as a junior supervisor in production, I saw it was important to have registered Business name so as to start my part time business which I have now succeeded and now I have my own market power that my product controls. Being a Luhya from Busia our people are known as Samias and this is a tribe originated from intermarriage between Luo and Luhya and one thing that is very unique about our culture is that we are only people who speak two languages one from Kenya that is Luo and one from Uganda called Kisamia. And we are also the only tribe that observes two cultures from Luo’s and Luhya’s. I have one child, Duncan who is 18 months old,and one wife mercy who is 24 years. I hope my son will become a great entrepreneur just like his father and well learned person who is able to couple with all his situation. I am person who most of the time am out to adventure new geographical areas and very easy to mingle with all types of people making them friends within a very short time.

My Business

I operate a business under the name Rinad East Africa Industries which is based on manufacturing and supplying of beauty based products such as petroleum jelly which I supply to the wholesalers shops, retailers shops and direct to consumers of the products. These products are too useful and on demand because at least everyone in this 21st centaury always applies petroleum jelly on their skins on daily basis making it a daily consumption item in many household and they are on demand due to the best quality in the market and price which is very competitive in the market.
I took long time of study on these product since the year 2008 upto 2012 to understand it better. I was also pushed with the desire that I had from childhood to become a great producer of a consumable products in the community around the world. And majorly I wanted to provide employment to many people who finishes their learning and go without a job mostly in African continent.
Basicaly to produce this products, we need to purchase things like packing jars and lids, chemicals, labels, polythene bags and transportation.

Loan Proposal

The cost to produce one bag of 25grams of pure petroleum jelly involves purchase of 25grams jars plus lids at 4.15x16 V.A.T x1000 pieces which is the minimum pack one can buy from plastic manufactures which gives you a total costs of $54.7. This is how i will use the loan, i will purchase one of 25grams with a minimal package of 1000 pieces at $54.7, chemicals to produce 1000 pieces will cost $29.09 then the remaining $ 15,I will use to purchase polythene bags for packaging. I hope I will do the best to improve my business. thanks in advance zidisha family.
