About Me

my name is Collins Bell also known as Collo Bell. i went to school for my primary level at Thugiri Primary School in Kikuyu and proceeded to Kiambu High school for my secondary school, i came from a family of four children and i happened to be the first born. i lost my parent , my mother while i was in class eight and my father while i was in form three and thus being the first born i had to stop going to school to look after my siblings. i started doing casual works like offering labour at peoples farms to sustain my siblings and also maintain my self.
i got an idea from a close friend who had been in prison for five years and was equipped with knowledge of making house furniture. we started making furniture together and through his ideas i managed to pay school fees for my two sisters and one brother who were in high school and primary respectively.
i took that as a business and established my own store for making furnitures. the best thing and unique about were i live is that a lot engages in other business other than making furnitures and thus i am in a position to generate a lot if income from the sale of those furnitures

My Business

i sell furnitures and furniture fittings to people. This furniture helps in making peoples houses to look neat, well organized, and smart. The services that i provide to people are on very high demand because the seats, tables and chairs that i make are very unique and also around our place i am the only person making such kind of furniture. Therefore i am in a position to attract more customers who wish to have those funitures.
i choose this king of business because i have a lot of experience in making funitures from the knowledge that i got from a friend. it has also helped me greatly educate my siblings and thus i thought it wise to continue with the business.
i make a profit of 300 Us dollars every month after deducting all the costs and expenses incurred in the process of making those seats and funitures.
i use the profits made to educate my siblings that is paying their school fees, expand my business through adding more stocks, buying machines and other equipment's that helps me in the business

Loan Proposal

granted the loan, i am planning to reinvest that money (50 Us dollars) with an addition of 18 Us dollars which is my personal savings to buy a jig saw machine that will aide my operations at the workshop.
I am also planning to be in Zidisha for long because its among the best lending institutions in the world that offers loans at very flexible terms than other institution for example banks.
This loan if granted will greatly benefit me because it will make my work easier and also save me money and time that i would have used to go and get the same services elsewhere. i am also planning to create a job opportunity to at least two individuals who will be assisting me at the workshop.
i expect my profit margin to shoot from 300 Us dollars to at least 500 Us dollars in one month
