About Me

my name is austine oduor omondi 32am married with three kids aged between 8 and 2years i reside with my family in nkoroi rongai about 20km from nairobi cbd. After high school I joined prisons staff training college[PSTC]where I served for 7years as aprisons warder.Afterwards I decided to try my hand in business which in the beginning it was very challenging and hostile but with the help of a few friends I had to do what was necessary since I was out of employment and I had to support my young family. My business entails adding value to a particular business and sell it later at a higher fee thereby making a profit,in a nut shell we are three in my business and we work as a team where by we identify in a business the unexploited potentials which can improve that same business in terms of service delivery and efficiency and once everything is done accordingly we improve the value and when we sell the business we realize the much needed extra income to move to the next level. Our business is situated at the CBD where opportunities are enormous,i have literally seen the business grow tremendously from little capital of about 170dollars to our current state. In agood week we are about to make about 650dollars which forms our source of income and livelihood. One of the major challenge we have is inadequate funding from financial institution but when we occasionally gets the funds the rates are far much higher which has limited our borrowing so when a friend introduced me to zidisha sky is the limit coz we have been able to supply stationeries to schools with a lot of ease. Our tastes varies and during my free time I listen a lot to rhumba music.

Hi Lenders, this is Ian Mwangi. I'm Austine Omondi's mentor. I've talked to him today. He is grateful for the loan he received and he'll be able to catch up to his payments soon. He delivered some services from which he has not received payment from the client. He is positive he will be able to catch up to his last two installments.
