About Me

I'm kenyan by birth from kisii county born in a family of 8 members. Went to primary school Kebirigo and joined secondary at Nyachwa adventist secondary school due to lack of school fees i could not go further because my mother used to be sick throughout until villagers could come to our help. Laiter i got another pastor who offered to take me to polytechnic where l trained as a dress maker and a bit of typing. After that i went back home stayed bit and later came to Nairobi worked as a house help that is where i got some money started a small business but with difficulties . I straggle with my business but i'm able to raise money for rent house and school fees for my children. In the course of straggling i met with a friend who advised me to join Zidisha . She further informed me that i could borrow extra money and stock my business.

My Business

My business is located at Ongata Plaza building near to Kware stage.I started my business 2years ago with capital of 20 thousand kenya shillngs.i bought a sewing machine and a some few cloth materials and i paid the shop rent.at that point i was ready to move on with my business.at the first it was not all that easy i struggled after sometime it stabilized. I can now pay rent without struggling and make extra profit to make life move on.I can make a profit of about 10 thousand a month having deducted all the business expenses.

Loan Proposal

I would like to expand my business by buying more material into my shop and also i could like add one more sewing machine , so as to make my work more easier and faster. Also with you loan i will be able to pay school fees for my children and also there up keep well as my business will attract more customers as well paying my rent . My business will expand and so l will be able to buy one more machine to make my work faster and make my customers more happier than before.
