I am the second born boy child in a family of five, two girls and three boys. I was born on the 13th September of 1983 in a small village in western Kenya called Kaka mega where I started my education at the age of 4 years. I grew up in a strict environment from both parents who focused on discipline and education for a better future. During ma childhood hood days after finishing my homework, I would go and play football with my home friends where I met a father to my close friend who was an electrician. I developed interest in the wires that housed to carry in his toolbox never to mention his screw driver tester, and this where I started developing an interest in electronics. I remember one day when I was in class six at the age of 11 ,when my fathers cell(battery) radio got spoilt and lost it waves I decided to open it up with a sharp knife where by I started tuning the inside coil and loosening and tightening any screw that I came across until I started hearing some scratchy voices from the inside. And I thought that was an achievement for a repair job.
i completed my o level in 1998 where i joined a good high school and passed later to join college for a computer course.
on completion, I dint manage to get a job for one year where i got a baby girl and had to provide for my young family. My daughter gave me the courage and energy to work extra hard where I started a small computer repair and maintenance workshop which has been supporting me and my family to provide daily needs to date. My culture evolves around Christianity but we experience some cases of traditional practices which current generation is fighting hard to wipe the ancient culture out.
My daughter always wants to be a pilot in the future that’s why I want to give her best education she deserves. During my free time and especially weekends I like to watch football and a times keep my brains busy playing chase game and PlayStation. Thank you.
I have a computer repair workshop in Buruburu estate where i have one employee who assists me in my daily activities for smooth running of the business. My small business revolves around computer world and technology which seems to grow each and every passing hour. I started my business right from college and it is now 9 years old. I started with a capital of Ksh 65000 from the help of my father where i had to buy a computer set Pentium four and a printer. Due to customers demand and good customer care I had to buy a modem to update clients computers and laptops anti virus and latest updates.
I mainly deal with repair works on crashed computers, windows repair, software installations, applications, antivirus and general updates. I have mastered some other skills on the field like broken screen replacement, motherboard repair, upgrades like memory and system upgrade. I got a few skills on networking too.
I would be glad if I start getting loan to buy a strong computer with high specifications like big storage capacity, good memory and speed, I would like a networking tool too which will be of great use in field of work. Later I would like to have an external hard drive of large storage capacity for backing up important clients data. I would be very grateful for your support in lifting my business, thank you.
I would be very grateful on getting the loan which i will first buy a good quality external hard drive of 1 terabyte storage space to accommodate my clients data on backing up.costing of the hard disk is 70us dollars and the make is AData hd710 which i think will serve me better due to its improved rubber casing.
I always get cases of data loss which i think the external hard drive will be of better use for recovering clients data. This will make me get more clients and therefore mean make more money for my business.Thank you
