About Me

I am married withh with my family at Kiptangwanyi shopping centre. I have four kids, two of them are in school. I live at the shopping centre which is about 43km from Nakuru town. I live in plot number 304. I operate a cereal shop and a poshomill at the shopping centre.

My Business

I operate a cereal shop and a poshomill at the shopping centre. The main cereals that I sell include wheat, maize beans and peas. I also mill some of the cereals and sell the flour to most of my customers. The main challenges that this business encounter are lack of enough capital to expand the business and high cost of elctricity

Loan Proposal

Thank you again for such another great opportunity to post a loan with Zidisha microfinance. The first loan has been of great importance to me and truly this has changed my life. I intend to use this third loan that I will get to buy a motorcycle for transporting cereals. This will improve my service delivery and I will also be able to reach more customers

    dear lenders,
I take this opportunity to reschedule my loan repayment. I have not been in a position to send my loan repayment for the past few months. This is due to poor performance in the business. This has been attributed by the famine in the area and business has been doing poorly. I am positive that things will improve.

    Dear lenders,
I wish to reschedule my loan repayment for two more months. My business has not been doing well and in thus my revenues for the past two months have not been very good. In that case I have decided to request for more time which I know will help me to restart again the repayment as normal. Thank you and may God bless Zidisha.

    Mr. Wameru:

I am writing to you as the mentor of Nancy Kimani.
Do you know what is the situation with her? She has made no payments
on her loan which is a year old.
Could you post a comment please. Thank you.

    Habari lenders,
I hope all of you are doing well. I did receive my second loan and am doing great as I have already started repayments. The second loan has really helped me in improving the business. The season is good and I have been able to do great. Many of the farmers are harvesting their products and thus they are having high purchasing power which is usually good for the business. I bought a motorcycle which I use to ply through these areas in such of new supplies. As such I am able to improve the status of my business. I am planning to start purchasing other form of cereals such as dengu which is gaining high popularity in this area. I am grateful for the great work that Zidisha microfinance is doing in improving the situation in our society. Long live Zidisha micro finance.
