About Me

I am married with four children, three boys and one girl. Three of them are in primary school and one is still at home.
I live chalani kaloleni and the chief in chalani knows me well.
My occupation is selling Second Hand clothes (Used clothes),
I am a primary school leaver.
The reason was that i discovered that the people in my area were in need of cheap clothes because the new ones were very expensive. This business is very profitable as to my perspective.
The earnings i will get from the business i will use them to cutter for the needs of my family like education, food, clothing, medication and rest use it to fund my business. with the loan that am applying to zidisha my planing is that when this loan approved targeting of using this loan to expand my business by buying more stocks of used clothes which are of the high demand into my place of selling them and by this i will be increasing my daily sales and my earnings will go higher. this business is doing good at a place expoecial in the remote ares where people are living with a daily earning ranging from Kenya shillings 300 to 500 per day which with this money they cant afford to buy new clothes because they are above to their earnings so due of this they mostly buy used clothes from me.

My Business

my business is buyng and selling of mitumba in ( swahili) This means used clothes. i buy and sell this goods into small portions into my shop.this include clothes for men and clothes for women . the demand for this goods is very high because the place where my shop is a remote area where it is very far from the aburn areas and it is very distance whereby most of the people must use transport to get into town. so due to this distance peoples are not going there they are avoiding the distance and they save that bus fare to buy other thins so they normal buy this products from me where its near to them and its also avoidable , that is why the demand is very high.my customers prefer buying this goods from me because i give a reasonable price and all my clothes are of high quality to all. this business is profitable because i just buy this goods in large and after buying them i do take this goods into my shop where i display them ready for sale.the risks of this business is not there that i can explain because this goods are durable goods and they never get spoiled even if they stay for long time.my mmonthly running cost is kenya shillings 25.000, and my monthly sales revenues is kenya shillings 55.000 this is now giving me a reasonable monthly profit of kenya shillings 30,000. where by with this money i use ksh 2,000 for paying house rent another 5,000 paying of school fees for my children and use another ksh 4,000 to help my parents and use rest to add my stock int my business so that i can sell more and get get profit

Loan Proposal

thank you for the good job that you are doing. with this loan i intend to use this loan as follows Kenya shillings 5000 to upgrade and expand my shop. and then the rest i will buy stock of new and used clothes that i will bring them in my shop to sell and this will help me a lot because i will increase my daily income and interest
