About Me

As I have stated, am a resident of nakuru town. I live here with my wife and three children. I eke a living by selling fruits. I started by being employed to sell bananas on a wheelbarrow. I would push the wheelbarrow to prime areas like matatu terminals, outside the supermarkets and at the free parks. Then I started to buy bananas on my own at wakulima market popularly kwnown as soko at wholesale prices. I would then go and hawk them at retail prices and make some profit. Initially municipal council askaris were hostile and I would part with something small to be allowed to trade. Eventually I saw that they were eating my profits and thats why I started my own temporary store (kibanda) from where I sell fruits to walk in customers. The money I get I use it to feed my family, pay house rent, municipal charges and educate my children.

My Business

Thank you lenders for giving me a chance to empower myself economically. I sell fresh fruits at my kibanda (small kiosk) to walk in customers. Fruits business is very risky because fruits are perishable and so I have to be very meticulous when sourcing for my products. I go for the quality fruits and this makes my customers prefer my business and also refer others. The business is profitable with enough quality stock and proper storage methods. I make around five to seven hundred shillings daily profit. I I pay municipal charges, house rent, school fees and keep the rest for my savings. Given the loan I plan to use the funds to purchase more stock and increase revenue.

Loan Proposal

thank you lenders once again. am happy to say that the results of the loan are very significant as i have been able to pay over two thirds of the amount in two installments. i did roaring business towards the end of last year during the festive season. there were many people in town and business was good throughout. my sales volume reached levels that i only imagined and i have managed to save enough and pay my loan in time. the money would not have come at a better time. i have started the year with the same optimistic attitude and the hot and dry weather in nakuru town is making customers come for fruits especially during mid-days. i am very happy with our continued co-operation and intend to use the funds that will be disbursed to expand my business.

thank you lenders once again. my business is progressing very well during the long holiday and as i had expected. i am glad that i enjoy a continuous flow of customers who are happy and appreciate my services. though the prices of some commodities have skyrocketed like the watermelons, high sales volume shield my profit margin. with the proceeds of the loan i have applied, i plan to increase my stock to drive up my sales and also do a minor refurbishment like painting and putting new seat covers so that the place will be neat and ideal for customers. thanking you very much.

as always am so happy today. i am glad that i have managed to repay all the money that i got from the lenders though the last installment i paid on 11/11/203 has not been reflected in my loan page. i am sure that that will be sorted out in due course. my fresh fruit business continues to flourish and the benefits of the loan are clear. my customers have been a constant blessing to me as i give them many reasons to come back and do business with me. i managed to add more stock in my business and this has greatly contributed increased sales revenue. I plan to add more stock especially in anticipation the the december holidays which has started in earnest.

i am as happy as a clam today as i wait for tomorrow to pay my first instalment. the results of the loan have finally began to manifest themselves. as i stated earlier, i invested the funds in adding stock so that i could drive up my sales volumes and get greater returns. i was able to do that though i have been very cautious to prevent extra stock from perishing. the business is doing fine and i can confidently state that i have been able to net and keep many customers as i had anticipated. the only bad thing is unscrupulous businessmen who are hiking prices at the markets in the disguise of vat bill that has started to be implemented. for now things are okay and i will be able to pay without feeling an itch in my pocket. as always continue with the good work that you are doing. thank you.

thank you lenders for giving me a chance to empower myself. for a very long time i have been trying to access affordable loan from the financial institutions without avail and or with many bottlenecks. Now i can look back and smile for good things happen to those who wait and are not faint hearted. i was able to add more stock from the wholesale wakulima market in nakuru and generated more sales volume. My income stream is steadily rising and i am able to attend many customers. going forward, am looking for the day i will be able to re brand my small kiosk so that i will not only be able to advertise my products but reach out to many customers.
