I talked and e-mailed zidisha about your problem and they advised me to advice you to write to them through email detaitailing everything that happened and the efforts you have so far made.
When I talked to you you were very cooperative and I zidisha will listen to you and help you to resolve the situation.
Also I would like you to post your situation in the members forum and see how members can help you

hallo lenders im currently going through thick and thin just because a fraud incident took place and my second loan of 24,000/ shillings i did not receive, im following the matter with the local authorities of which its my hope the matter will be resolved soon. im thanking one volunteer bayle for the continous support and concern.

hi lenders once again im very grateful that you keep your word of disbursing loans in time, my case is abit different here i got he first loan of which i repaid fully and i was egible to apply for the second loan of which i did so as this is the only source of funding which i use to expand my business but to my suprise exactly after one week after applying i couldnt check my email page and my zidisha profile page a message of invalid username and password i was really astonished by the whole occurence i reported the case to the to zidisha at [email protected] of which the reply was to report the whole issue to the local authorities of which i did but they reffered me to mtwapa as currently im living in kaloleni which is 100km to mtwapa. im making efforts to reach mtwapa so that i can report the case, once i get the feed back i will send it to you guys. one volunteer going by the name bayle helped me to get a new password i can now view my zidisha profile page thank so much guys. hi fellow friends from kaloleni constituency i want to pass to you this message that Zidisha is a funding institution which cares about the local citizen, where by no other funding institution will ask you by what percentage interest would you wish to pay your with. fellow youth please come on board and join zidisha and realise your dream come true.
you just need to be trustworthy if at all you have to benefit from this institution as its the only thing that can push you to greater heights.
im currently repaying the first loan under no pressure at all and im willing to go on until i come out of the cage of financial constraints. Thanks so much zidisha.

thanks so much and im really proud of the loan it has real opened the opportunity of business apart from the phone accesories shop it had also helped me initiate another small business of doing snacks. its my great pleasure for having you people come around. its real true that zidisha foundation has real done goodies to all their members. my small shop is now doing well and all is because of your loan. thanks.
