About Me

david macharia bungua is a father of 7 children and a wife.i live in kiptagwanyi center which is about 43 kilometer from nakuru. i live in plot no 2124. i was born in kiambu district where my father have a shamba in that area .i started my education in 1966 in the area primary school. i completed my primary education in 1972 and join secondary in 1973 i completed my o level in 1977 and join police academy in embakasi police college because at that time as the country was young after acquire Independence need young people to defend it territory and it citizen at large. after 1 year i join Kenya police as administration police in 1979.after joining the forces i marry my wife who together were bless with seven children.i retire in 2005 and started business of hardware, i have two hardware shop one in nakuru town and one in kiptagwanyi.the business have enabled me to buy a plot in kiptagwanyi and also a residential plot in nakuru free area.also the earnings have enabled me to give my children a quality education because one of them will graduate in this year and i have three in primary school .the lest are grownup and two are employed and 1 is a businessman in nairobi.

My Business

this business of hardware is very profitable in this area as like now many people are building a permanent house which require to use cement and other things, and because of having access to cheaper and quality product from Nairobi, my shop have became the most favored by many customer who buy and like to buy in my shop.my typical monthly cost is a 50,000 because of electricity.depending the time of the year sometime i get in this shop of kiptagwanyi only from the sale revenue i got 70,000 a month when business is doing well and i have two workers who depend in this business. the main challenge is high cost of commodity in this country because you can buy good today in this price and tomorrow the price is high thus making making market unstable in counting profit and loses but i try my best to balance.poor road, luck of fund to boost my business

Loan Proposal

thank you zidisha and lenders for this opportunity to get loan from this organization, first i want to use this loan by buying some item that are in demand like jembe, pangas, slacers which are in high demand because it is used when preparing farm.in this area it is that time of preparing and planting as we approach rainy season. in that way i will take advantage of selling this good and get a good return because i know in Nairobi where i can get this good in fair price whereby i will also sell low price and get profit so to competent with the other traders
