am a woman aged 39 years old am married having three children. the first born she is a girl and she is called Serah. second is also a girl she is six years of age .also the third one is also a girl she is called Sylvia. they are all in school the first born going to form one next year and the other two are in private school. being in class one and baby class.i live in mtwapa in mikanjuni near Golden key school.my occupation is business woman i do business of selling of deep fried fish to the locals within mtwapa and outside of mtwapa my education background is class eight of kenya primary level after doing my KCPE. examination i did pass well by getting good marks to make proceed with my secondary level but could not because of my family financial status. i therefore started this business in order to earn some money and help my family in schooling clothing and as well feeding them.i also started this business in order to meet my needs and for my family. with earning from my business i do pay7 school fees for my children clothing them and feeding them the rest i do increase my stock of fish. so as to increase my earnings or profit.
my business is of selling of deep fry and fresh fish to the community. this means i buy the fish while fresh from the Indian ocean and bring them to my home and prepare them and fry them and make them ready for marketing or for sell.the goods that i sell is of deep fried fish and fried octopus to the people with and around mikanjuni village and its territories. the demand for this goods is.very high here in mikanjuni because many people prefer buying ready prepared fish for their home use and because this area has got so many different community living in here then they make this business on a high demand everyday.my customer prefer my business because i make or fry my goods or fish at a well and clean place. second i give my clients a reasonable price to all of them without favor. this business is profitable because i buy my fish direct from the fishermen and where they give me a fair price that they make sure after i have finished selling them i get some profit out of it..there is no major risks in this business because my fish is deep fried one so even if i sell them and they cant go all of them for that day then i keep them and i sell them the following day with no any problem provided i keep them warm again. my monthly typical cost is ksh 20,000. and my monthly sales revenues is ksh 45,000. this gives me a monthly profit of ksh 25,000 per month.
Thank you zidisha for approving my loan, i will use the money to increase my stock and buy a bicycle which i will use it to move to nearby villages like mzambaraoni and mtepeni, by doing this i will double my income and pay back this loan on time so that i may apply for more.
May God bless all who have contributed to this.
Thank you.
