About Me

i am married with 2 children who are all schooling in anearby school muriricua primary school, i live in kiptagwanyi plot no 26, in this plot is where i live with my family and also is where i have a shop. a general shop. my shop is near market place in kiptagwanyi.kiptagwanyi is about 43 kilometer from nakuru which is the major town in this area and also is where i buy good to sell in my shop also it is where i bought in wholesale price.sometime i send my husband in nairobi to buy some item when the price in nakuru go up.a bout my education i didnt complete my secondary because before i could complete i got pregnant from the man who later became my husband, and because of that my parent was very ugly with me and i decide to be employed to nakuru as a house maid and there is where i get this money which i started this business with. the earning from this business pay my children school fees and i save sum like the one i bought the plot in this town with and also from my husband salary we add together as family we do thing together

My Business

my business entail in general shop but mostly i sell things that is used in home stead like spoon , sufulia also shoes and other things that is used in the home. the business is profitable like the market day people prefer to buy in my shop because thy know i am the one who sold the original plastics item and also i sell cheaper than the other shop around here.and because sometime i travel to nairobi to take those item it is why i sell cheaper because also in nairobi is cheaper. the business is profitable and the demand of my product is very high in this are. the main challenge is , poor road in this area, high price of commodity sometime even in nairobi, high cost of living in this country. ,sometime the business in this area go low because we business people depend in the sorrounding farmers in this area, like when there is drought and people dosent have money, but like now the business is profitable as many people are harvesting and some selling their farm product, thy have money in there pocket from outside people who came here to buy cereal which a lorry and in a good price
