About Me

I am marrried and with one kid and I am 23 year of age by the name Elizabeth Warure Njenga ,I was born early nineteen eighty eight (1988) in Nakuru district in Riftvalley province in Kiambogo location at a village by the name Manyeki ,my home area is well know because it is ever green and there is green pasture for both cattle and goat as the name suggest When I was five years old I joined our nearby pre unit nursery school in year nineteen nitytwo (1992) and after two years I was mature enough to graduated to class one in nineteen nityfour(1994) and after eight years of my study I qualified for my Kenya Certificate of primary education (K.C .P.E) in year 2002, I did not manage to advance my primary education to a secondary level due to lack of school fees thou I had not attained the pass mark grade ,those are some of the factors among other which hinders me to complete up to secondary level though I had not passed my examination well. after staying home for long doing nothing I dicided to look for another alternative way of living and from that time I joined a school of dress making cource at Kiambogo town until year 2005 where I completed my cource having qualified as a fundi . I was later employeed as a fundi at kiambogo centre until year 2006, I stayed to my father’s home for some month and due to peer pressure from my age mate I was forced to be married ,in the same year I was married by john njenga and we were blessed with 2 kid ,my first born who is named after my husband father’s who is now at class two at munanda primary school I am well know to many people especially at Munanda center because of my hardworking ,later after we had settled as a compleate family we opened a shop at munanda center , I live in plot no 809 at Munanda near munanda dam together with my entire family while I carry out my farming and bissiness and it was from that time when I opened a shop I decided to join one of the leading group by the name Elemetaita Interdenomination Pastors Felloship(ELEPH) where I am a member till now ,I am an active member and a devoted Christian and a follow of Kenya assembly Churches of God( K.A.G) munanda.

My Business

MY BUSSINESS IS A SHOP AND A SMALL MIXED SOKO

My bissinesss is located at Munanda near Munanda Primary School which is just opposite to that town and on the main road of Kiptagwanyi , it is about two kilometer from Kiptangwanyi trading center which is well know in our area and 14 kilometer from Elemetaita as you travel to Nakuru from my area Nakuru .Nakuru is our main and the largest town which. is approximetry 37 kilometer from Munanda .my bissiness is named as Soko ya Wanjenga .I have a shop and a Soko in Munanda near munanda matatu stage , the bisiness is located at the main junction from Manyeki and Kanorero and again near st Mark Catholic church . I started my business in the year 2005 after Munanda secondary school was started and both the primary and secondary start using one gate as their main entrance to the both school ,at that time they was no house to rent so a decided to build a small Kibanda which I used to sell fruits ,bananas, sugarcane and other small things which were affordable to the student, later in year 2007 people started construting houses and the same year I rented a house and eventually I opened a shop. . They is a lot of demand of the product such as soda because of more passengers from munanda stage keep on increasing day by day also the stage is located in strategic position thus making it more popular,
In the stage there is few shop and canteen along these area thus I will able to catch more customer. The business will be profitable because the product I will get from our nearby town (Nakuru) and the mean of transport is good and I will sell the quality product at favorable cost. I wanted to purchase more cheap variety which will attract the student and sell to them at a lower price thus enabling them to meet their demand . The risk facing the business is theft due to insecurity during the night because theplace have no residential house to rent thus forcing one to vigil his own bissiness.
My typical monthly cost is khs 800000, sale revenue is around ksh 40000 and profit is above 30000 but I am planning to earning more.
