hallo zidisha community,I am known by the names samson njoroge,i have been a resident of githurai estate for the last 7 years.I come from a family of 8 and they all live upcountry.I hold a diploma in arts and design from brilliant college located in Nairobi.Githurai is a metropolitan community with a diverse culture.It has a conducive environment for business thanks to its large population,it is with this factors in mind that i opted to start a business in githurai as a means of earning a living.I am able to live off the profits of this business.I am certain that the loan am requesting from zidisha will aid in expansion of my business in areas such purchase of stock and printing equipments

My Business

My business deals in the selling of t.shirts both ready made and others that i print with designs as ordered by a customer-this are the customized t.shirts.The business is doing very fine at the moment,i target all age groups thus expanding my customer base and and it also helps me maximize my profits.I am able to make profits of up to 26,000 shillings,my monthly expenses total up to 11,000 which includes purchase of new stock and rent for the business premises.The challenge i face right now is lack of capital for expansion.At the moment i lack proper tools to print t.shirts in large quantities.

Loan Proposal

thanks zidisha for giving me this platform.I intend to use the loan to expand my business.I will use3,500 to buy printing materials to make customized t-shirts for my customers this will ensure that i get more customers hence more sales,In addition i will also use 2,500 to buy ready made t-shirts thus adding to my current stock of t-shirts that are in my shop,furthermore i will use 2,000 to make shelves and buy hangers thus improving the image of my shop.this will ensure that i have a nice display so that customers may be attracted to my shop.I do believe that this loan from zidisha will be a turning point in my quest to expand my business.I will make my business more profitable and i shall also be able to meet my customers' needs.Thank you
