About Me

My names are Jemima Kimilu. I am a born again Kenyan aged 38 years,I sat for my high school exams in the year 1994 and later joined Evangelical college in the same year for a course as an evangelist.
After my training I was employed at the same institution as a secretary and evangelized in Episcopal church of Kenya where I served for six years. My other working experience include working in a hardware store as a manager for four years before the company underwent some structural changes that left me redundant .
It became a big challenge for me to cope up with the new situation of joblessness , however I had made up my mind never to get back into a salaried employment but instead utilize my acquired experience as a manager to run my own business. Naturally , I have had a growing ambition to become a successful business lady and I took my predicament positively as a chance to make real my long time dream.
Three months after my employment, with my little savings I started my own business under the name By Grace Hardware store .I chose this name from many that came into my mind. The name reminds me of the hard times I went through after losing my job and it is only through the grace of God that I overcame the tough times to where I am today.

My Business

The business that I started small have eventually grown to a point where I am able to get all my daily needs from it including paying school fees for my siblings as my parents are aging.
The location to my business is strategic as that construction is in progress throughout the year .The fact behind this is that the place is a new settlement area. Among many items I stock, electric fittings ,paints cement and plumbing accessories are in high demand and I am occasionally unable to meet the demand due to a financial strain. This is the reason behind my appeal to your organization for financial support that will see me meet the higher demand for my clients that will culminate in higher profits hence enabling me to pay the loans promptly.
