I hold a masters degree in Economics and i run a stationary business within Nakuru and i also consult for community based organizations in the areas of project management, proposal development, capacity building and training. This is one area that i have worked all along for the last 17 years and still going strong in it. I also head an entity by the name Chelma Advisory Institute whose main role in development is to capacity build individuals/organizations whose programs revolves around community development. With the world/society becoming so dynamic, at least i needed something to top up my earning and a good living and that is why i ventured into stationary business. Due to my constant touch with people and through trainings, i have managed to come up with a book on community participation which has been edited by a publishing company in the UK and soon to be published and ready for marketing. Currently, busy finishing one on enterprise development. All i have known in life is determination for success. This is one of my strongest strength. Determination, setting goals and making sure they are achieved within a set time frame. Iam also a member of the African platform for sustainable development. This has enabled me to learn a lot in all areas of social, economic and political dynamics.
