i stay at my own plot of 2accres and we are not rental..i ve got a motor bike which brings a monthly income of 9,000/- ..currently i have got a project of constructing 5 rental rooms at my plot which will bring an income of 3500/- per month at 700per room..then i plan to do poultry farming as i stay near tourist hotels. currently doing degree in information technology at JKUAT doing distance learning..
I have a small scale business selling cereals and green-growser..am the sole proprietor of the business..having been in the business i have been able to master all the experience gained and the challenges encountered made me able maintain and build customer relation and being the one having selling my goods at a reasonable price has made my business popular amongst my competitors. the business is profitable because i have been taking my goods from a retailer at a cheaper price making me also to adjust my prices a little bit .. risk involved are the stiff competition but am equally matching with it.
