About Me

I'm married to one wife with no child so far.I dwell with my parents that is my mother and my father together with my young brothers and sister.Generally I live with a family of ten;my wife and i,my father and my mother,four brothers and two sisters.All these are under me to look after their welfare.I live in Mtomondoni village in Mtwapa Kilifi county.My house is behind the new Mtomondoni mosque by using the zanack road few meters from Mtomondoni school.if you board a matatu from Mombasa town ask to alite at Mtwapa at the BUNOF STAGE.Take a motorbike(boda-boda) tell him to drop you at the new Mtomondoni mosque which is in the west from the above mentioned stage.Following the Zanak road you will be brought to the mosque and behind the mosque is my house,you can ask Mohamed Komora the imam(muslim prayer leader.) you will be shown my house.I sell mangoes in an open market in Mtwapa opposite the co-operative bank Mtwapa branch along the Mombasa Malindi road.I'm a class eight leaver.I started this business so that I earn a living and to improve my life.I purchase with the earnings the following items:mangoes,sticks,rags,also pay for transport etc.Also pay for school fees. buy food,clothes,water,medicine etc.Its my great hope that if im given a loan by Zidisha I will expand my business to a large scale so that I get a big profit.

My Business

My business is selling of fruits,therefore my business provides the selling of mango fruits in the market.Mangoes are of different types example are the Ngoe and the Apple types.These two main types are the fast moving in the market,and usually scarcely found in the farms where are bought.This commodity is high in demand in that it acts as a pudding and therefore of good nutritive value especially to human health.Therefore people have got no alternative but to purchase the commodity so as to improve health-wise.This commodity no only being sweet for consumption but even giving the body a strong defensive mechanism.Customers prefer my business to the competition in that I sell them first grade or the best quality of mangoes.Another reason is that I don't over charge them and that my commodity is ever ready in the market.The business is profitable in that I purchase a good number of mangoes and in a short time I sell them all that is without any being left as a refuse..Risks my business faces is transport and price fluctuation in the large market.My monthly income is ksh:34000 and my monthly expenditure is ksh:18000 therefore my profit is ksh:16000 of which I can repay any loan Zidisha may have given me.

Loan Proposal

The loan will enable me boost my business by increasing my stock and facility the transportation
of the mangoes from the farms to the market.The types of mangoes that will pay attention on will be the "Ngoe and the Apple mangoes as these are fast moving mangoes in the market. For these two types can improve the income hence boost the business miraculously and within no time find that the business up-to another level.
