I am laari simon. I grew up in Garu in the upper east region of Ghana. I attended holy angels Primary and Junior High School. I proceeded to Tamale Senior high school and completed successfully. I left for Kumasi to go and do farming since I did not have money to continue my education. I went and join mining also known as galamsey.I was able to make some small money and started my tertiary education which I completed successfully, from there I made a friend to support me get over the counter drug license which I started selling bit by bit.the land in which I live are mostly farmers and some few government workers. Am yet to marry but I like reading and playing volleyball. But I was an athlete back at my senior high school and have certificate for that
I sell over the counter medication like paracetamol, amoxycillin, metronidazole, cotrimoxazole, diclofenac tablet and gel.mist magnesium tricilicate and many more.
These product help people to relief their pains and treat minor illnesses. It is highly patronize and that is why I need support to expand and stock it with more medications
I chose this kind of business because am health worker and I see the plight of people travelling far to purchase medications .so that motivated me to establish this business
My typical cost is about ghc7,000 and my revenue is from loans and support from friends
I use my profit to care for my family,to restock more medications and for my upkeep and to pay schools fees
I will buy capsule amoxyl 5boxes =$65
Tablet metronidazole 6boxes=$63
Tablet ibuprofen 6boxes =45
Tablet paracetamol 5boxse =$48
This will help me provide for my family and my personal upkeep. I expect to make a profit of $11.this will also help me increased my stock
