About Me

My names are Kenneth Kamata Kiogora where I was born in 1982 in Nyeri District and later we migrated to Naivasha. I attended Mitamaiyu Primary School between 1990 to 1997 where I sat for my Kenya Certificate Of Primary Education{K.C.P.E.} and passed. Later I joined Greenhill Secondary School in Nakuru between 1998 to 2001 where I sat for y Kenya Certificate Of Secondary Education {K.C.S.E.} and got a mean grade of C Plain.
After my secondary education I was employed by Keroche industry in Naivasha Division where I had migrated from my rural home for duration of two years contract where the industry deals with Alcohol production. It was so interesting to deal with such kind of manufacture because I wanted to know what the contents are added in it so that a person can be said he/she is drunk. Then after the expiry of the contract in the brewery in the year 2004 my contract was renewed but because of low payment I moved in that company with a lot of experience about alcohol brow where later I the same year I moved in Wamarion General Supplies dealers of Estate and property Management as a field clerk. Where later the expiration of the contract had come to an end in the year 2007.
From my savings of my salary I decided to join a Kenya Polytechnic university college for business, where I sat for business calculation, business English and commerce and whereby I got a Credit on it. I also sat for Kenya Accounting Techniques course {K.A.T.C.T.} and passed in the same institution. \

My Business

After school I went back home and used what I had left with a small scale farming specializing in growing of red onions. The onions performed well and better and from this farming I got money and started an Estate and property Managing Agency at Karagita in Naivasha where I had seen and fixed my business there because at the time I had started there were no Agencies in the area so I considered the place very much.
The reason for the loan is to expand the business to greater heights in real estate world and be a leading property Estate developer in order to get more profit, employ more people and because the business is situated on a slam I would also want to provide better and affordable housing units to the local, also I my vision I want to help the orphans and the aged people and also open an unit of garbage collection in order to make environment clean. Thank you.

Loan Proposal

The reason for the loan is to expand the business to greater heights in real estate world especially in marketing field and be a leading property and estate developer in order to get more profit, employ more people and because the business is situated on a slum I would also want to provide better affordable housing units to locals, assist the orphans and the aged. I would also open a parallel unit of garbage collection from the developed plots in order to make environment clean.
I will also in future start a transformational unit within the business whereby I would start transportation of sand, ballast, stones together with other building materials to site

I see no payments were done, even when some was promised.

I understand that sometimes our plans and business does not turn out as it could have been.

But that is not an excuse not to make any payment. Even a small amount every month is better than nothing, and it shows to lenders that the borrower is committed to return the money.

Every month when a borrower does not pay me, is a month I can't lend money to others who need it.
If nobody on Zadisha is honoring their loans, then everybody suffer, and I will stop helping people on this website.

This loan is expiring soon unfortunately, and I have a few questions to address before loaning.
If you will start a new loan proposal, can you share exactly how this loan is going to be used for your business? The reason is, to me, the amount requested is low for the need of expanding your business in real estate. Maybe I just don't understand the Kenyan market, so it would be really helpful if you can provide more details on how the loan will be used.

    Good luck!

Thanks Sana Jammytylee for your comment. First of all am thankful to Zidisha as it is moving on raising my loan. For the loan use i wrote all what i want to prosper in my life as i know i will be moving on with Zidisha to my entire. So the loan i will choose first of all to start a small project in deed that is garbage collection which it doesn't need alot of capita for it to start thus i need to have a push cart which it cost 12,000 Kenyan Shillings and two donkeys which each costs 9,000 each donkey. Also i will us Five Thousand for small improvement of my office while the rest i will spare it in case of any improvement with the push cart or any care of the donkey in the first month.
      Thank Jammytylee for your question.
