am married with 4 children who are all schooling. i live in kiptagwanyi centre plot no 18 .kiptagwanyi is about 43 kilometre from nakuru town.my level of my education i reach form four and when i get out of school my parent told me because i have other brothers and sister to know what to do. thy gave me only 2000 ksh to start a business of my own. so i started buying maize with other neighbour who were already in that business. at that time 2000 only buy 3 bag of maize from the farmer. from that time till know i and it is about 7 year i have try my best. and this business is the one which cater for my children school fees, feeding them and many other thing in live
my business entail in cereal in this center and it environ.i buy maize and wheat and sell it to make profit and sometime i go to nakuru and buy rice to sell to the local who buy for consumption in their home and wheat . the business is profitable and the demand of my product is very high in this area. and because i have a good relationship with the people of this area i got many customers.also some people like the old one if they have a problem with food in their home came for credit and i give them till they era ready to pay in that case when thy get money the fist person to remember is me and thy came and pay , and if thy have cereal to sell am the one to buy it cos the trust me .
This is another great opportunity that Zidisha microfinance has offered to me in giving me a second loan. I wish to use this loan amount in improving my business by expanding my store. Storage is such an important thing in my business as I will be able to preserve most of my cereals for several seasons. Therefore I can dispatch the cereals when the price is good.
