About Me

My name is Hamisi Saidi Karisa,I'm married yet with a child, lives in an extended family.I live in Kinung'una village in Madamani sub-location in Vitengeni location,Vitengeni division Kilifi county.Im a boda-boda business-man.I started this business basically to earn a living and to boost my family especially academic wise.I purchase various items from the earnings of my business such as chain,tires,clutch-plates,sprockets,oil,clutch-cables,dash-board,bulbs,side-mirrors,indicators etc. Also buy food, medicine, clothes, utensils, transport for my brothers and also pay for their school fees.Hope to expand my business by opening a garage for motorbikes to boost my income per year.

My Business

My business is boda-boda.It provides that transporting people with their belongings from one place to another using a motorbike. There is high demand of this business because people ever wants to redeem time and due to this motorbikes are the only alternative as the fastest and can be able to penetrate through the rough roads and pathways. My customers prefer to my business because I'm devoted and faithful worker/business-man and that am ever ready when they need my service. The business is profitable because for instance when I spend ksh:1500/= in repairing my bike spend two months before I go for another check-up and by this time could have produced ksh:42000/=risks that face my business are insecurity and fake spare parts brought to market. My typical monthly costs is ksh:42000/= and my monthly expenditure is 30000/= of which can repay Zidisha loan comfortably

Loan Proposal

This loan will be used to repare the present motorbike which I'm currently using so that I improve its efficiency, and as a result will be attracting more customers and in so doing will make a good income.Secondly will buy some oil so that the engine don't run dry to avoid inconviency in the performance.Third will make sure that I buy enough petrol so that I work well without any problem as when the fuel run-out discourages the customers and in the end, misses them and when misses the customers then you miss business.

The basic reason for the reschedule of the loan is that my wife had a problem during birth which contributed to the problem in repaying my loan as scheduled.Wish to resume next month on 17th Jan 2013,will faithfully comply to the terms as stipulated.Otherwise the loan has boosted my business quite a great deal. Were it not the loan probably my business might have totally collapsed. Thanks may you bear with me.
