About Me

Am David murage wachira, born in 1966 nyeri district, nyeri county.Am married with three children.my parents are Jane gathoni kariuki and john wachira jackson.Am the first born in our family.I have five siblings, one boy and four girls.I was born in 1966.I want for primary education at kirichu primary school from 1974 to 1980.I then joined Muruguru secondary school in 1981 and finished my O level in 1985.I passed.I joined chinga boys high school in 1986 and completed my A-levels in1987.I joined kagumo teachers college in 1990 and trained as a teacher where e completed in1992.I tought in different school until 1998 when i stopped and started a carpentry business involving making and selling doors. That is the business e have done since then.I hope to buy machines to boost the business when i get Your loan

My Business

My business involves making and selling doors made of timber. It is located at Naivasha town near Naivasha general hospital. The items i sell are are very marketable since Naivasha is a growing town.In a good day i might sell 10 doors and frames making an average of ksh1000.what minimize my profit is the high cost of items and the transportation cost since we get them from Nairobi. The profit is marginal since for sh30000 i only get sh1000.
If i could buy machinery to make them by my own i could increase profit to ksh500.my business would encounter growth. With finances from you,i may be able to achieve it

NB-US$1=ksh82.

Loan Proposal

i intend to add stock of doors and frames. It is unfortunate that i was unable to reach 95% repayment and i really didn't understand about reschedule.others wise i was planing to buy a machine to help me produce my flames.I hope to be able to pay in time and get higher amount to do that..i will use sh5000 to buy 5 doors at sh1000 which i will sell at sh1200 thereby making profit of sh1000 for every stock i buy and sell.I will buy 8 flames at sh800 and sell them at sh1000 each thus making a profit of sh1000 for every stock i order. The rest sh1337 i will buy other small pieces of timber which are accessories when fixing the doors which i will make sh500.If i do this twice a week i expect to make sh 5400 per week which is more than enough to pay your weekly installment
