i am joseph njoroge njuguna 35 years old i schooled in kiambu in primary school and secondary schoolthen passed to join kenyatta university where i undertook bachelor of science degree then went back and undertook post graduate diploma in education i am resilient person who doesn't give up till i achieve i bought a plot in thika from proceeds i got as a private teacher and now i have build it by 50% the rental income i got i use it to expand my rental building.

my business is a rental building where i have build it by 50% so far i collect kenya shillings 10000 per month from already finished area

Loan Proposal

i will use the loan for repair window panes and buying paint for my rental housw which will increase rental income from 6000 to 6800 per month this loan will immediately be paid in 28 days since i expect my salary at the end of the month
