I am Brian Isaac Molla, the fourth-born son in a family of six. Relatively all my siblings are in business and the young ones are in school. I grew up in Western Kenya, did my primary and high school education in Siaya County, and later joined Moi University in Eldoret for a BSc in Human Resource Management.
In 2017 while was trying to make ends meet, and also support my siblings, life took a turn that became so hard, and at some point towards the end of 2018, I had to sell my properties and travel back to the village. I indulged in small scale kales farming and would sell them to the kiosk mama mbogas. One morning in 2019, i woke up to cows on the farm finding it all clear and I moved to Homabay for omena and fish mongering and selling but all didn't go well and I moved again back home till 2022 when i moved to Nairobi for sales job in a microcredit organization. To support my family, I was encouraged to start a kinyozi shop and recently a cereals shop and at home started poultry farming.
This year for the cereals shop i paid 67 USD to our local county authority for business licence and a monthly rent of 70 USD. I also pay 80 USD per month towards the wages of my employees.
I do re-invest my profits in my business, support to my parents and my siblings.
I am also into mentoring youths of life skills and entrepreneurship also support in sports activities. Having a daughter, of whom I desire to be a doctor and and entrepreneur.
My business operates currently registered under the name Mobreeze Enterprises.
I operate a cereals shop and a barber shop and also offer marketing consultations with an average of upto 400USD monthly profit within Nairobi
In the location I have set the barber shop is well populated and with mostly Somalis and they are good on their hair being well maintained. Also he cereals shop is in a good populated area and its really viable.
i am developing chicken farm containing chicken, guinea fowl, turkey
