Hello, My name is Edna Agbavor Theodora from the Volta Region of Ghana, West Africa. I am a Caterer who cooks for students in a school and I own a Canteen as well. I'm a single mother with one child who's father died a month after I delivered the baby. It's my dream to do business with people all over the world.
I am a professional Caterer who works as a Metron in one of the Senior High Schools in Ghana and I also have my own Shop where I sell variety of products and provisions such as Groceries, Tin Tomatoes, Oil, Rice and more. I also have a Canteen where we prepare and sell all manner of dishes such as Banku, Rice, Fufu, Akple and Others. I have employed 3 people two people who works at the canteen and one person also works at the provision Shop.
I need the loan to use in buying some food items and ingredients like cassava, yams, plantain, cubes, pepper, tomatoes, garden eggs, okro, onions, chicken and others for my food business. This will make it easier for me to prepare variety of dishes in my canteen such as Waakye, Fried rice, Jollof rice, Banku, Sallad, Plain Rice amongst others to serve more customers.
I will use the money generated from the sales I make from my canteen where I sell all kinds of foods and dishes such as Waakye, Fried rice, Jollof rice, Banku, Sallad, Plain Rice amongst others.
