About Me

My name is Abass Abuu, am from a family of 5. Am senior son of my parents. Am from seikwa in the Brong Ahafo region of Ghana, I started my basic school in seikwa basic school and to junior high school. From 1990 to 2002. After this I went seikwa senior high school and offered general arts. From 2003 to 2006.

After graduation successfully, I enrolled into seikwa nurses training college, where I studied general nursing for 3 years. Due to my love for humanity I refused working for government I have start my own private clinic.
Am from siekwa but I live in Bassa in the sene east district of Ghana. That is where I established my private clinic.
Infact my life was full of trouble, my parents were so poor that they had to always borrow to pay my school fees. I also had to rely on the mercy of my friends for survival in school. Due to hardship I have love for the poor and vulnerable in society. During my nursing school days, I had a plan of starting my own clinic in one of the poorest districts in Ghana, so I started saving money from the allowances I received monthly this how I started my clinic in BASSA.
The food we eat, the way we marry, our naming ceremony and our festivals makes our culture unique from others. I am not married yet, but when I marry and have kids, I will encourage them go to school and a become health care professionals like my self.
I have a cat as my pet, when I have free time, I like spending time with my pet, I call it blacky.

My Business

Am Into the provision of quality health care, I operate a private clinic in one of the poorest community in the sene east district of Ghana, the community is called BASSA. I treat conditions like malaria, anaemia, amobic dycentry, typhoid fever, cholera and many more.
My clinic is the only health care facility in that area. Without which many lives would have been lost. Since the inhabitants have to travel as long as 50 km before the can assess health care services.
I chose this kind of job because of the passion I have for human life, this passion actually motivatede leave my hometown seikwa to settle in that poor community so I can help them.
Source of funding my clinic has actually become a problem, I luck lot if things in my facility, I need medicine, medical equipments, personel to help me and many more, because of my passion for humanity I just charge my clients a token. My over all cost stands at $ 2500.00 and I make $550 profit every three months, this profit is then reinvested into my clinic,

Loan Proposal

I will use these loan funds to buy medicines for my clinic. I will also buy medical equipments for my clinic. I will up to $1000.00 and my profit usually stands at $150.00

I take care of the sick in my community. This is why my clinic is very helpful to my community
