Business turnover not good. The covid outbreak made things difficult....business sales went bad. Besides i am the bread winner for the house only as my wifes shop got burnt due to power hikes

    Dear Lenders,

I spoke with Richard today on the phone. He said he has had a bit of trouble with his business recently but is hoping to catch up on his payments very soon. We also spoke about rescheduling his loan and getting back on track to increase his repayment percentage.

Richard, Thank you for speaking with me and please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions or problems with rescheduling your loan.

    Thank you,

    Taylor
