About Me

My name is Palance Sakpla and I am a professional Mason who is very committed to my work. I have a wonderful family of five Children. I also have a project where I want to build a house for the less privilege at very low rates.

My Business

I'm a Mason by Profession and I am working for more than 20 years of experience. I have employed 4 workers and by day labourers who work with me anytime I have a contract. I want to realize my dream of building houses and renting to the average persons at the lowest cost.

Loan Proposal

I want to use the money to buy cement for my building project. This will make it easier for me to plaster my building where I will be renting it to Tenants. Some Tenants have already made deposits and I just want to do the finishing touches on the house.

Income Source

I am a Mason and u also build and rent to Tenants. Currently, my new house has attracted a lot of Tenants who are showing interest in the house and ready to make advance payments. This will help me to pay for the loan. I also run a plumbing material and building materials shop where I can get the money to pay for the loan.
