Dear Sir/Madam,

It quite unfortunate i have not been able to contact you all this while.

It is not my intention not to pay the money till date. I have had series of problems on my eye after the surgery for the past six (6) months and my business has been closed down.

I used all the money i had on medicines and hospital bills.

However, i want to restore the business but i have no funds to do that so its my greatest desire to pay off the arrears so i can seek for new one.

I therefore plead that, you will give me some time to organise myself again and pay.

I called Frank this morning and I advice him again to adjust his payment plan. He told me everything is down for his business but I advice him to adjust his installment plan to as low as he can repay and he said he will do so.

I was able to contact Frank Ayew Koranteng concerning his loan defaults and he told me he had some challenges with his business after which he was admitted at the hospital for an eye sergury.
