About Me

Bema Akua Nawomi is my name. I come from Krobo, near Techiman in the Brong Ahafo Region. I am 32 years of age, married with two kids. I started my primary education at Krobo Seventh-Day Adventist Primary School. I continued up to junior secondary school, but I cannot continue again due to financial problems. My father got a stroke, so all the burden come into my mother, who is a small pity trader. She is the only one so all the responsibilities in the house go onto her shoulder, so she could not afford my school fees. Now I am married with two kids, and my husband opened a store for me.

My Business

I have a shop in which I sell room decoration materials; this business is good and it makes money always, but at the same time needs money to inject it in order to get different items so that anybody who comes to my shop will get anything for room decoration. [I sell] goods like curtains (100 yards costs 75 dollars), rubber carpet (100 yards costs 50 dollars), door mats (20 pieces costs 30 dollars), crossing bar (20 polls cost 40 dollars), and woolling carpet (100 [costs] 150 dollars). These goods can give me 25 percent profit to expand my business.

Loan Proposal
